    Goal oriented therapy that focuses on identifying solutions rather than exploring problems and patterns. It is typically short-term and focuses on emphasizes strengths and available resources.

  • Brief free consultation to ensure we are the right fit for each other. The rapport with your therapist is extremely important. The first session will include an assessment to understand presenting problems, personal history and treatment goals. During treatment, we will collaboratively develop goals which will serve as a roadmap for therapy and guide the focus of sessions. Don’t worry, we can adjust goals based on response to therapy and and your needs.

  • The length depends on various factors including goals, therapeutic approach, nature of symptoms/concerns and progress. Typically therapy can range from a few sessions to several months or years. Short term therapy focusing on specific concerns may last anywhere from 6-20 sessions.

    Longer-term therapy is often used to more complex issues or ongoing personal growth and may continue for several months. Ultimately, the duration of therapy is a collaborative decision.

    *In some instances, your insurance company may authorize a specific number of sessions.

  • Currently we accept United Health Care, Horizon and private pay. We also partner with EAPs. We would be happy to assist you with super bills in necessary. Please know if we are an out of network provider, reimbursement to you would be handled through your insurance company. We will also provide you with a good faith estimate.
