Anxiety can feel like the main character in our lives, influencing our behaviors and dominating our thoughts. It’s important to recognize symptoms, personal warning signs and understand origins to develop strategies. Managing anxiety is a process but anxiety doesn’t have to get the final say.
ANXIETY AS THE MAIN CHARACTER
All types of relationships can be challenging, requiring effort, self-awareness, effective communication, conflict resolution skills and clarity around priorities. They may even require you to confront parts of your past. Balancing expectations, external pressure and personalities can make maintaining healthy connections difficult but it can be done.
RELATIONSHIPS ARE HARD
Therapy can provide support and guidance during significant life transitions, including career changes, entrepreneurial endeavors, challenging imposter syndrome and just life. “Adulting” can be tough, involving multiple responsibilities that can feel overwhelming.
